Returns for store credit or exchange only, we do not issue refunds.

Starting November 19th, 2025, eligible (non-final sale) purchases can be returned for store credit or exchanged until January 18th, 2026.

Items must be in new, unworn condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by original or gift purchase receipt to be eligible for return for store credit or exchange.

Sale items that are discounted by 35% off or more are final sale. Gift cards, undergarments, & bathing suits are final sale as well.

Please note: The USPS Priority Mail Holiday shipping cut-off date is December 18th, 2025. We cannot ensure items will arrive in time for Christmas beyond that date.

Any shipping delays incurred once the package is handed off to a carrier are the responsibility of the carrier. Shipping with a required signature is available, and if not purchased then the customer assumes responsibility for missing or lost packages.
