We are open for in-store shopping, while actively following COVID-19 safety precautions. We require face masks and hand sanitizing, upon entering the store. We are limiting our capacity to 8 customers at one time and, therefore, we ask that (if possible) little ones remain at home, as they do count as part of our capacity limit.
Our fitting rooms are open for customers to try on clothing, but we are limiting to 6 items per customer. Items have to be steamed before going back out on the floor, so we appreciate your cooperation in limiting what you are trying on in-store.
We are always open for online shopping and offer in-store or curbside pickup, $10 flat rate shipping in the US, and $7 flat rate shipping for the Portland Metro area.
Our local Rains PDX store, located at 77 NE Grand Ave (NE corner of Grand and Couch), is open for in-store shopping Thursday-Sunday 12-6pm. For questions about Rains products, you can contact the Rains Store at (503) 265-8324.

We are a small business and our staff takes care of both our physical and online stores. Therefore, we will do our best to answer your emails within 48 hours. If you have a shipping, return, or time sensitive question, please call us directly at the number above.
We have been working to ensure the store is clean, sanitized, and safe for everyone. Please help us keep that going by wearing a mask, sanitizing your hands, observing social distancing, and not coming in if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. We will have a set 8-person (including children) limit in the store to make sure everyone can shop at a safe distance.
